Description
Queen Victoria tells Russell the King and Queen of Belgium may visit her for a few days. Her Majesty writes to express gratification at the Chancellor of the Exchequer's report of improvement in money affairs. Her Majesty writes to say that it would be wiser not to confer any new Peerages under the conditions suggested by Russell.
