Description
Reported that the Archbishop of Canterbury could not live many hours. Dr Ferguson says there is no truth in this, and the Archbishop is not worse. Russell sends Landlord and Tenant (Ireland) Bill to Queen Victoria with a short explanation. Lord Sudeley accepts the Lord Lieutenancy of Montgomeryshire.
