Description
Russell has seen drafts respecting Greece. Thinks it well to have a force at Athens to protect Ionian and British subjects from insult of Greek Government. Russell asked Lord Auckland some time since to have a battleship in the Piraeus. Does not think it will be necessary to have recourse to force.
