Copy letter from Queen Victoria to General Grey expressing her disappointment in Charles Ruland's resignation and stating that she has asked her friend Dr. Becker that he return. As he his unable to do so he instead suggests Mr Holzman take his place. The Queen requests that Grey mention this to Sir Charles Phipps and ask him what amount he thinks Charles Ruland's pension should be.
