DescriptionLetter from Lord Aberdeen to Prince Albert enclosing a letter from Sir Hamilton Seymour (not present) and leaving it to the Prince to decide whether it should be shared with the Queen. He states that he has no great faith in Seymour however his long residence in Brussels means that his opinions do hold some weight. Aberdeen also mentions that he has received a letter from King Leopold but is waiting for it to be translated by his Private Secretary.
