DescriptionAn account of William Elam who lodged with Francis at Mrs Forsters. He states that he believes Francis was out of employment for nine weeks and describes his experience living with him. William Elam states that 'except his robbing me', he should have thought Francis 'respectable and decent in his behaviour'.
