DescriptionAn account taken of the experience of Inspector George Martin during the attempt on Queen Victoria's life. George Martin states that he was on duty in the park and saw a crowd of people by the monument where Dasset was in the hands of the police. He states that Police Constable Partridge gave him the pistol, which he has since kept in his custody and describes it along with the powder it produced. Copy.
